Tasting Notes:

Graciano, a rising star in the Castillo family Spanish lineup, pours deeply pigmented with purple-black highlights. Enticing aromas of dense baking spice, cherry cordial, barrel smoke, and cacao nib wrap around black pepper and stewed blackberry compote. Although dark and brooding in first impression, this Graciano boasts a bright, fresh fruit middle, stemming from Graciano’s natural high acidity. The finish is persistent, with luscious, silken textures and flavors reminiscent of cured pipe tobacco. Drink now, or cellar properly until 2035.
