2023 Rosé of Tempranillo
Tasting notes
Our 2023 Rosé of Tempranillo (produced from 80% Castillo de Feliciana Estate Tempranillo and 20% Stone Valley Vineyard Tempranillo) was whole cluster pressed, fermented cool, and cellared in stainless steel to promote varietal character and freshness. Aromatically, the wine is nuanced with raspberry skin, rose petal, and slight nudges of sweet cream. In the mouth, the texture is soft, and pleasantly smooth with zippy acidity. Enjoy our “patio style” rosé through the warmer months of the year and into the fall with your favorite lighter fare.
