Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon face each other head on in this unique varietal blend we have named “Miércoles”, meaning “Wednesday” in Spanish. Smoke, leather, and notes of toasted tobacco blend effortlessly with blood orange, black cherry, and cassis. The wine is medium in weight, driven by mineral and loamy soil textures, balanced by ripe black cherry fruit.
